Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the website and requesting SMM/marketing services.
1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of the website at quintaletellera.com and your requests for SMM/marketing services offered by Quintaletellera (LLC) (“Company”). By submitting a request/lead through the website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service deliverables; no outcome guarantee
Any services may be provided in packages or scopes described during the request/offer process. Package deliverables are limited to the specific tasks and materials agreed for the selected package. We do not guarantee outcomes such as increased sales, rankings, reach, conversions, or other business results. Results depend on many factors outside the Company’s control (including platform algorithms and third-party services).
3. Requests and communication
When you submit a request/lead, we use the provided information to contact you and evaluate your request. The Company’s responses may include proposals, clarifications, or the next steps for service onboarding.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Personal data and legal basis
If you submit a lead/request, the Company processes your personal data in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law, including the requirements of: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI. By submitting a request, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
6. Distance/E-commerce information and order mechanism
If you place orders or requests via distance/electronic communication, the Company provides required seller/contracting-party information on its official website and, where the contract is placed solely via electronic communication, the process includes a clearly worded “order with payment” functionality. Applicable legal basis: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX and Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.
7. Electronic communications consent (where applicable)
Where identifiers obtained in the context of electronic communications are used for marketing/targeting, end-user consent is ensured where required by law, including: Закон України "Про електронні комунікації" від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX.
8. Advertising and lead-gen compliance (where applicable)
If the Company distributes advertising, it complies with Ukrainian advertising requirements, including required advertising information and restrictions. Applicable legal basis: Закон України "Про рекламу" від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.
9. Changes
